  • Dosage should be given approximately every 6 - 8 hours. Do not give more frequently than listed below:
    • Age 6-9 years old (20-20kg) give one 5ml spoonful (200mg ibuprofen = 1 large end of the spoon) up to 3 times in 24 hours.
    • Age 10-12 years old (30-40kg) give 7.5ml (300mg ibuprofen = 1 large end of the spoon AND 1 small end of the spoon) up to 3 times in 24 hours.
